Hi have officially come to a stump. I cannot find any decent PDF reader for S40. It is funny though because this now seems to be a real gap in the market, that being a truly mobile office software for the masses. One only wonders if a near future release of Symbian will come with such software by default? I do believe that such a task is possible in Java, even with the current limitations of S40. Most mobile PDFs’ that mobile users would look at would most likely be sub 300k as they would be looking more for information and not presentation, or at least that is the challenge that I am facing.
Another interesting thing to notice, as I did with my online search, is that the mobile version of Google Docs is not yet up to scratch. I was excited that this could be a possible alternative but was greatly disappointed that there is no support for PDFs’ in the mobile version of Google docs and no visible way to upload any documents via your mobile. I can only hope that such features are available in the not too distant view.
I wonder if there is any development on a PDF viewer for S40 by Adobe or Picsel (They make the Document Viewer on the Samsung D900).
Anyway, does anyone know if there are any developments going down into this? And does anyone have any other solutions to my problem?

Hi everyone, yesterday I needed to write some code that would automatically login to a certain site and grab some information that can only be seen while logged in. To do this you obviously need to make use of cURL. Well I must say I got a bit lost as there is a lot of built in functions for cURL and its hard to decide what is actually needed and what isn’t. Luckily I found this great tutorial and function that worked perfectly first time. Now my understanding is that this code might not work on all sites so if it doesn’t there is something else that you need to add. Secondly, it is important to realize that there can be some serious risks to using cURL as the person on the other side could quite easily pop in some code that could reek havoc on your side. However if you need to perform such functionality I highly suggest you look there first.

I have recently started collecting mini-pets in WoW. I don’t have anything too rare at the moment but I am enjoying researching and choosing ones that I like and enjoy. This is a very unique part of the game and I must say reminds me of the Pokemon days hehe.

My brother introduced me to JamLegend this past week, an online free Guitar Hero clone. At first glance it is exactly that just a clone, but after a few uses you begin to see it is something much more than that. Firstly it is free!

Hi there, today I am going to review my AMD 5400X2 Processor. This is generally seen as a budget processor that has two cores running at 2.8Ghz each with two 512KBs’ of L2 cache and has the SSE3 instruction set programmed in. In this review I will run a few benchmarks and give my general opinion on the processors performance.

Hi there and welcome to my review on the Samsung B130 a budget phone at a very low price. This is the 3rd Samsung that I have used (Also used the D500 and D900). The purpose of this phone is strictly that of a phoning and SMSing and there is not much other functionality than that but I will review it and hopefully you will be able to make the choice if this phone is what you are looking for.

OMW. I have almost listened to AFI 3 000 times
well I have been a member since September 2006 and have listened to over 20 000 tracks, pretty impressive. Must say time has flown though, I remember the day I found out about Last.fm and it feels like not that long ago.

Hi there, and welcome to the first review in a series of the Spyder MR1 paintball marker. I am new to the paintball world, but have wanted to get into it for years. I eventually decided to take the plunge and get a gun. The gun I decided on was the Spyder MR1 which is seen as a good beginner gun. I did a bit of research on the gun at the official Syder website, PBReview.com and watched some youtube videos. From what I have seen other users have been very happy with their purchase.

Well I must say that I probably had the best Valentines day ever on Saturday. I enjoyed good food, good drinks, good weather and was with the most amazing person ever. I did how ever manage to some how find some time to log into WoW and check out the Love is in the Air festival. Unfortunately my character was not a high enough level to see all the content and to do all the quests, but I was able to see most of the decorations and found most of the rare items that there are to find such as the pic nic basket, black dress, arrows, love rockets and rose petals. So anyway, I have attached some screen shots so you can see what the festival was all about.
