So I was looking at Kalahari.net for some games to play on my laptop and came across a lot of real gems I think maybe a lot of people have forgotten about. These are some great games that would make awesome gifts, or if you looking at boosting your gaming collection this is a great list. Some of these games arent even that old, others are old but a must to have.

Microsoft Word 2007: Change default save type.

So you just forked out a whole wad of cash for the shinny new version of Office 2007…Only to find that your friends, colleagues and lecturers cant open your new files with the .docx extension. You find that you can just do a “save as” to the older .doc format but sometimes you forget and its a hassle. So decide to search the internet for a way to set the default save type, and of course find this site. Well in this article I’ll show you how to set that default save type to something everyone else can open.

How to Play Half-Life 2 on Ubuntu 7.10

  • A computer that meets the minimum requirements for Half-life 2

Tweaking with Ubuntu Tweak.

I came across this tweaking utility for Ubuntu the other day, and thought it definitely deserves a link to it. Ubuntu Tweak is intended, I think, for more the power Ubuntu user who was to have more control over the look and feel of his Ubuntu installation.
